Hi, I’m D’Meatra — a proud African American therapist originally from Rhode Island, now happily rooted in sunny Florida. My path to this work began in a home shaped by pain, but I chose to turn that pain into purpose. As a Registered Mental Health Intern, I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, heal from the past, and step into their fullest selves. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Counseling with specializations in Military Culture, Marriage & Family, and a Master’s in School Counseling, and I use an integrative approach that meets you exactly where you are.
