My Story
As a registered mental health counselor intern, with over 5 + years of experience in the mental
health field. I am dedicated to supporting individuals through their mental health journeys with
empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practices. I specialize in working with individuals
dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My
approach integrates a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and
commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and strengths-based
interventions to empower clients and help them build resilience and positive coping strategies.
I am deeply committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore
their emotions, understand their struggles, and work toward lasting healing. My philosophy
centers on the belief that each person has inherent strengths that can be harnessed to navigate
life’s challenges, and my role is to help them uncover and apply these strengths.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult life event, seeking personal growth, or looking for ongoing
support, I provide a collaborative, compassionate environment to help you achieve your mental
health goals. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered in every step of your
journey toward greater emotional well-being.
